Small groups only · Max 10 people per class

Handmade tagliatelle and ravioli and Italy's most beloved Tiramisù, with welcome Prosecco, unlimited wine and Limoncello: the authentic Florentine recipes, just as they have always been made.

Ravioli al pomodoro and tagliatelle al ragù, all made without gluten and without lactose, with welcome Prosecco, unlimited wine and Limoncello. Same chefs, same historic location.
The class is held in a truly unique setting: a beautifully preserved historic medieval tower in the heart of Florence. Our location is situated at Via del Giglio 5/R, just a few steps away from the Duomo, allowing you to breathe in the authentic Florentine atmosphere while you cook.
Under the guidance of our expert local chefs, you will learn to craft a complete traditional menu. You will make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, including tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli, and master the secrets of Italy’s most iconic dessert: Tiramisù.
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to passionate foodies. Our chefs will guide you through every step of the process—from kneading the dough to shaping the pasta—ensuring a fun, educational, and stress-free environment.
The experience includes a 3-hour hands-on cooking lesson in a small group (max 10 people), all necessary fresh local ingredients, and professional equipment. You will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and, after the preparation, enjoy a full tasting of the dishes you've created with unlimited wine and a final Limoncello, in the company of fellow food lovers.
All our cooking classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 people per group. This way everyone gets real hands-on time at the table and the chef can follow each guest personally, both in the traditional class and in the gluten & lactose free class.
